At YRAM BY MARY, customer satisfaction is important to us.

* We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return, replacement, or refund request.
* If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
